Support is provided to people who struggle with mental health issues and substance abuse issues. Integrated management of both conditions is offered by the program.
We provide centre-based services in Prahran, South Melbourne, St Kilda and Bentleigh, as well as drop-in services at Launch Housing (Southbank).
If necessary, individual outreach appointments will be considered.
Our approach is client-centered, harm minimisation, and recovery-oriented. We can offer short and medium-term support, strategies to reduce substance use and improve wellbeing, referral to additional supports (including BHN Psychiatry Clinic) for assessment and treatment recommendations, and linkage to other generalists, AOD or Mental Health services.
