After School & Weekend Support for Children 15+
Differently abled children aged 15+ can join our after-school and weekend support programs.
Tailored 1:1 support
At our centers, your home or in your community, we provide fun and educational, interest-based 1:1 support.
Various activities are involved in our programs to assist individuals in achieving their goals, improving their life skills, boosting their confidence and increasing their independence.
They are also a great way to start the transition from school to a day program (either NDIS- or self-funded). Individual school transition programs can be developed based on the needs of the students.
