Controlled movements are used in Pilates to improve flexibility, physical strength, posture and coordination. Participants focus on learning how to activate their “core muscles” and other “stabilising” muscles that protect their joints.
For rehabilitation of conditions, we offer Studio Pilates, while Mat Pilates is for your wellbeing and fitness.
