Review of a Decision

A review of your plan can be requested by you if you believe the NDIA made a mistake.

  1. NDIA internal review.
    Requests can be made in writing, in person, over the phone, or by email.
  2. An appeal to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal
    You can appeal the decision of the NDIA to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, an independent tribunal.
